FAQ
How do payments work?
The subscribe button takes you to a secure checkout by our payment partner Polar. Card details are never stored by this service.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Manage subscriptions in the account hub (accounts.mrlatte.net). Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again. If the hub cannot process it, email hello@deepthought.me.
Can I make maps without subscribing?
Yes. Reading, editing, publishing, sharing and file import are all free. Only file export (JSON, MM, PNG, Markdown) and map review are part of Plus.
Is this different from credits for paid maps?
Yes. Credits unlock other authors' paid maps one at a time, while Plus is a subscription that opens file export and map review. They do not replace each other.
What happens to my maps when the plan ends?
Your maps and drafts stay, and published maps remain public. Only file export and map review return to the Free tier.
